Twój zakres obowiązków:
- Archiwizacja dokumentów w systemie operacyjnym
- Prowadzenie rejestrów i zestawień w Excelu
- Wsparcie w obsłudze zleceń transportowych
- Wprowadzanie i aktualizacja danych w systemie
- Kompletowanie i weryfikacja dokumentacji transportowej
- Bieżące wsparcie administracyjne zespołu Road/Air
Nasze wymagania:
- Status studenta kierunków: logistyka, transport, spedycja, ekonomia lub pokrewnych
- Dobra znajomość pakietu MS Office, w szczególności Excel
- Znajomość języka angielskiego na poziomie B2 (praca z dokumentacją i komunikacja mailowa)
- Dobra organizacja pracy, dokładność i sumienność
- Umiejętność pracy z dokumentacją i dbałość o poprawność danych
- Komunikatywność oraz chęć nauki procesów operacyjnych w spedycji
- Umiejętność pracy pod presją czasu oraz skrupulatność
