Stanley Black & Decker is one of the worlds largest, fastest-growing, and most dynamic companies and we are looking for exceptional individuals to join our two and a half-year accelerated Stanley Black & Development Leadership Program.
We are looking for highly motivated, top performers.
We offer:
- Three job roles with two rotations, with preferably one international rotation; you will be able to gain broad experience by working in different departments (e.g. Demand Planning, Finance, HR, Sales)
- Five corporate-resourced training weeks, delivered at six-month intervals with pre-& post-training support
- Continuous coaching and peer mentoring - all hosted by corporate and business facilities
If you are:
- CCurious-minded & motivated to reach a higher level at an accelerated rate within a fast-paced environment
- Fluent in English
- A Bachelors/Masters graduate with business-related degree or a student during your last year of studies able to work full time
- An early- career applicant with no more than two years professional experience post-graduation
- Communication champion, who keeps everyone involved and on track
- Very well organized
- A creative problem-solver who jumps on opportunities to come up with alternative solutions with great analytical skills
- Able to work full-time and ready to change your work location after 6 months
