Administrative specialist

Responsibilities:
- Administrative support for the office (documentation, invoice circulation, contracts, correspondence, reporting)
- Creating summaries, reports, and analyses
- Ensuring that documents are created on time and are correct
- Organizing meetings and business trips
- Cooperating with the accounting and HR departments
- Supervision of the supply of items necessary for the functioning of the office
- Supervision of economic and investment matters, transport
- Organizing the work of cooperating companies (e.g., renovation and construction companies, service companies, etc.)
- Keeping records of fixed assets
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence (traditional + electronic)
- Preparing simple documents (letters, reports, contracts)
Requirements:
- English language proficiency: minimum B1
- At least one year of experience in a similar position
- Minimum secondary education (administration studies welcome)
- Good computer skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office
- Ability to organize your own work
- Communication skills
- Reliability
- High personal culture
- Accuracy
- Punctuality

- Until the end of 2025, the work will be performed from a temporary office in Hnojník (Czech Republic) – due to the construction of the plant in Pawłowice, which will be the final place of work from beginning of February 2026
