Risk & Healthcare Broking Team collaborates closely with UK teams consisting of brokers and consultants. The team operates within the UK market focusing on healthcare and dental insurance as well as risk management products. We help our clients to choose the best insurer’s option for them in line with their needs and objectives. The team’s activities mainly include: market reviews, offer analyses, drafting reports, performing calculations.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Delivering complex tasks
  • Acting as a SME for processes and resolving issues
  • Ensuring process documentation is up-to-date
  • Conducting trainings
  • Continuously giving and asking for constructive feedback
  • Suggesting and implementing changes to tools and documentations needed to support effective service delivery
  • Suggesting process and/or system improvements to the manager
  • Participating in projects sought at process improvement
  • Participating in transition projects
  • Coaching and mentoring less experienced colleagues
  • Actively attending / leading meetings with the team, internal clients and partners
Qualifications and skills:
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Ability to analyze processes and identify improvements
  • Ability to identify and respond to risks
  • Very high attention to details
  • Strong ability to think creatively
  • Excellent communication skills with customer focus
  • Understanding and applying appropriate communication style
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Strong work ethic
