Back Office Manager
Location: Warszawa, Śródmieście, Rondo ONZ
Job description:
- Operational work (preparation of invoices/documents for logistics transportation).
- Manage email correspondence, ensuring timely and accurate responses to our European partners and colleagues.
- Work in programmes: Insert, GLS, DHL (training).
Requirements:
- Experience of working with clients, including the ability to work with negativity.
- Knowledge of English and German on minimum B2+ level.
- Competent speech and writing.
- Confident user of Microsoft (Excel, Google Sheets are required).
- Planning and organising your work.
- Reliable team player.
- Attentiveness.
